ApexProtocol is designed for personal tracking and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for licensed medical care. By using the app, you accept full responsibility for how you use it.

Not Medical Advice

ApexProtocol is a personal tracking tool. Nothing in the app — including protocol templates, dose schedules, half-life models, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol, substance, or medication.

Your Responsibility

By using ApexProtocol, you agree to:

  • Use the app for personal tracking and educational purposes only
  • Log information responsibly and accurately
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Accept sole accountability for any decisions made based on information in the app
  • Not use the app in any way that could harm yourself or others

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are handled entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. ApexProtocol does not process payments directly. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (iPhone) or in Google Play subscriptions (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Please contact Apple Support for billing inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within ApexProtocol is owned by ApexProtocol and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ApexProtocol is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the app. Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexProtocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, financial loss, or data loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
